Are the basketball cards worth anything?
Basketball is what we chase, and it's where the money usually is. Cards of the big names from the 1980s and 1990s, anything still sealed, and the shiny foil cards from the mid-1990s are all worth a look. Photograph the fronts and we'll tell you which ones matter.
What about the baseball and football in the same box?
We'll take it with the rest. Most baseball printed between about 1987 and 1994 isn't worth much on its own, and we'll say so, but you shouldn't be left holding it either.
Can I keep a few cards that mean something to me?
Always. A lot of collections have a card or a binder that matters to the family. Tell us what's staying and we'll price the rest.
How do you decide what to offer?
We look at the years, players, condition, and anything sealed, then check what those cards are selling for now and make one offer for the whole lot.
Do you work with estate sale companies and executors?
Yes. We can make a pre-sale offer or bid on lots and set up a standing contact.
